High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) is a type of computed tomography (CT) with specific techniques to enhance image resolution. It is used in the diagnosis of various health problems, though most commonly for lung disease, by assessing the lung parenchyma. It is very usesful to diagnose COVID 19 Pneumonia. CORAD Score gives us possibility of COVID infection. It is from range 0 to 6. In this Score 0, 1, 2 is mostly NON COVID, 3 is 50% chances of COVID. 4 & 5 suggest high possibility of COVID Infection. 6 is equivalent to COVID rT PCR Positive. CT Severity: It is a subjective calculation by Radiologist on amount of Lung involvement (Pneumonia) 0 to 7 is Mild, 8 to 15 is Moderate and 16 to 25 is Severe Pneumonia. Above 2 parameters are very useful in diagnosis and Treatment of COVID 19 Disease.
